We are elderly and, not tech savvy in this digital age, we feel the lack of the human caring personal touch as all the transaction of our policies are acted on a computer format, but may I say that our policies are being cared for in a sufficient manner. Thou I was shocked, when I sent a Christmas greeting via an Allstate email link to the office, I received an Ouch! harsh response noting why are you sending this to me for I am very busy and overloaded and you should have contacted one of our agents instead. But we have no personal agent assigned as we did, when we began our policies. A belated Merry Christmas anyway!
