I may have not lived in Olive Branch my entire life. But, since I moved here in 2007, there is no other place I’d want to raise my family. My wife, Kenya, and I have enjoyed raising our two sons, Trey and Langston, here. We really enjoy the personal relationships that we’ve built here. It feels like a big family. Everyone is trying to help you be successful. I also love the peace and quiet when I go home. On the weekends and in my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, watch the Memphis Grizzlies, Washington Redskins, work out, coach sports, and eating at my favorite BBQ restaurant.

Getting so much support from the community, this has made me want to be a part of the community, and give back. I’m on the board committee for the Olive Branch YMCA. And I’m also involved with the Olive Branch Chamber of Commerce. A couple of other organizations I support are MOVE-FIT (Men of Vision Empowering Fitness in Teens), and MYTT (Mentoring Youth through Technology).

Even though I have only been an Allstate agent for three years, I love how much I’ve been able to help people within those three years. That’s the best part about being an Allstate agent, is getting to meet new people every day, and help people. I want to give them peace of mind during hard times, and know they are not helpless. I always get told I’ll get a call back and never do. I’ve given up until I can swap agencies. Which I can’t do right now because no one will answer my questions on some false claims made!

I have personally asked to speak with the agent, but got him on the phone from day one. I have asked for a new agent and will no longer deal with this agent.

It has been absolutely *** % **** dealing with All State since both of my vehicles were involved in accidents in December ****. So no I would NOT recommend allstate insurance to no one. I would tell them to run as fast as possible away from your company because they don't want to do nothing but take your money and not pay for anything. The people in the local office ain't no help at all. They **** !!!
