My recent claim has been a nightmare to receive payment. I have had to call in several times, “someone didn’t do this or that to move the claim to the next level” has been very frustrating. I had to purchase a replacement vehicle out of pocket 4 weeks ago and I still haven’t received payment. I have to say that State Farm was much more efficient. I only left there due to needing lower rates but at this point it hasn’t been worth it.
