Easy is the only way to describe working with Allstate. When I switched to Allstate from my previous provider I wanted to deal with an actual human. During my search on line most of the insurance companies provide only remote access, no human agents. When I decided on Allstate the main reason was access to an agent, in an office and face to face with the agent, Ash Alverez. She was excellent and explained and guided me to obtain the best coverage for my needs. The price is right too!

While we understand how frustrating that can be, some properties fall outside of what certain carriers—including ours—are able to insure. When that happens, it is never a reflection of the property or the client, but rather carrier-specific eligibility requirements.

We truly appreciate the opportunity to try to assist and wish you the best in securing coverage that meets your needs.
