He owned the a well known department store back when Allstate agents worked them. The agent at that time wanted to retire and asked my father if he would like the opportunity. The rest, as they say, is history. He started his journey in 1992 and proudly helped protect Defiance and the surrounding area until 2019. Rex officially stepped down, and I took over on October 1, 2019.
I'm no rookie, though. I was a member of his agency staff since 2001, so I had almost 20 years of experience before I took the leap. I have large shoes to fill, but I know I made the right decision. You could say it's in my blood. My father, mother, and sister have all worked in the agency. I love this job.

I was dismayed when my auto insurance renewal came up to find that the car i had asked to be removed was still on my pol

I was dismayed when my auto insurance renewal came up to find that the car i had asked to be removed was still on my policy after 4 months of my request. Although they took measures to rectify the situation, I want to have faith in my insurance agent. I just switched to ALLSTATE after being with my previous agent for 30+ years. This is not the service I expect or I am used to. I now feel like I have to play watch dog to assure I'm not being ivercharged.
