I opened the agency in October 2022 in Avon Lake with one goal: to bring straightforward, trustworthy insurance guidance to the families and individuals of Northeast Ohio. I'm a proud product of Bay Village. I grew up here, graduated from Bay Village High School, and after earning my degree from Ohio University in Athens, I found my way back to the community that shaped me. Today I live here with my wife and two kids — and I genuinely love it. When I'm not in the office, you'll find me on the golf course, preparing the next family trip, or more often than not, cheering from a bleacher somewhere at one of my kids' sporting events. I believe in being present — for my family and for customers. That same commitment is what drives my agency. Jessica brings a people-first approach to everything she does — and with 20 years of customer service experience, including 6 years specifically in the insurance industry, she has the knowledge and warmth to back it up.
Jessica's journey has taken her from her hometown of Port Charlotte, Florida, where she was born and raised, through North Carolina, and most recently to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania — where she and her family have planted their newest set of roots. That spirit of adventure and adaptability carries right into her work, where no customer situation is ever too complex or too unfamiliar to tackle.
Outside of the office, Jessica is all about family. She has been married to her husband for 12 years and together they are raising their 14-year-old daughter. Born in Massachusetts and raised in Tennessee, Kaitlyn eventually made her way back to Boston at 23, where she launched her professional career in finance. That foundation in finance gave her a sharp eye for detail and a deep appreciation for how important it is to protect what you've worked hard to build. Eight years ago, she made the decision to move back to Tennessee to be closer to family — and at the same time, made the leap into the insurance industry. It turned out to be the perfect fit.

Now with 7 years of insurance experience under her belt, Kaitlyn brings confidence, knowledge, and genuine care to every customer interaction. She is proud to be part of the Agency and it shows in the way she works — you are truly in Good Hands with her on your side.
