I think Allstate is great we have been with you for cars, home and life insurance. However, we recently bought a car with a salvage title and couldn’t get car insurance through you. We had to go through one of your other subsidiaries. This is kind of a hassle for us in a disappointment since other car insurance agencies do honor salvage titles, for example progressive farmers Geico.

Really frustrated-- you send out information and bill in great number and well ahead of time' however, you don't put on
Really frustrated-- you send out information and bill in great number and well ahead of time' however, you don't put on the first notice it is autopay or not. This has become a serious problem for me as I like autopay and such but can not always tell and am not sure -- do have most written. I am hoping the next actual bill, not the two notices I have gotten, makes it very clear. Been with you for a long time but, maybe due to my age, it is getting more complicated
