My experience is OK. I got scammed good and proper recently along with having my identify stolen I,ve worked through that and as a result I will never t set up an account with any business,. It,s one more method for scammesr to get through, to ones information ,no matter hows secure a business say their accounts are. THey are not secure from these scammers that are smarter than us! So I wish Allstate would send out statements as to what a person owes . .i will try to keep track of what i owe but I will never set up an account with anyone again. They are not secure from these smart criminals. Plus it,s hard to find them because they commit their crimes always on line!! AS a result of my experienc e I have everything from Social Security on down pretty secure. Computers are not the answer to everything a stamp aand envelope are safer!!

I felt lonesome and unserved. A property visit in the winter triggered a threat of cancellation. Discussion of my annual property trimming in May, noting of a fire hydrant 30 yards from the property and the fire department a mile away met little or no interest. Compared with almost 60 years of property coverage with no claims, l was disappointed with the agent’s interest.

Christine Hanson, auto adjuster was friendly, knowledgeable and best experience. First house adjuster was good then a new adjuster was assigned, everything was downhill after, couldn’t get answers to questions, months went by, no satisfaction from Allstate. I finally get an adjuster to speak to me things started going well, then that adjuster was gone, then trouble finding someone to answer and provide me with information I needed. I was told that all I had to do was to pay my deductible and Allstate would deal with money for the contractors that they recommended and approved. Then Allstate started depositing money into my account, I had to be an accountant and try to figure out which money was for the contractors and which money was for my outdoor stuff. Almost 1 year to resolve & contractor delays.

When I was told why my rates increased I asked them to follow up with an email letting me know which shops reported (incorrect) mileage so that I could correct it. I also asked him to follow up with the process allstate prefers for correcting mileage. I never received either.
