My past experiences with Allstate agents left me feeling hopeless after a natural disaster. It seemed as if instead of looking for how to help my needs in covering damages, the agents searched for any possible excuse to find a way out of covering damages. After a tornado came through my neighborhood and caused extensive damages to many homes, I found a leak in my roof that poured through my ceiling into my living room. Agents came and inspected the damages and insisted they were caused by a "nail pop" rather than the apparent branches and debris that fell from the high winds of the tornado. I was left with no coverage and had to pay out of pocket for all repairs. I don't feel confident that my home is protected by Allstate and will not will never recommend this insurance to anyone.
