i have been dealing with a claim for 30 days. From the onset, it has not been pleasant. When I initially attempted to contact the agency, the call went to the Allstate home office. I was unable to contact Bill for 4 days. Once contact was made, he did make a concerted effort to resolve my issues, but because the adjuster has been extremely difficult to deal with, he was unable to make significant headway during the process. I am still trying to settle the claim and get my home back to where it should be. My home was unlivable because I had no heat or hot water for at least 5 days. At no time prior to repairs to my water line being made did anyone offer to provide alternative living accommodations We are still trying to get the adjuster to settle with the contractor for repairs that were made. Shawful! I don't feel like I have been in
