My experience has been okay at best. I haven’t been able to get ahold of my agent when needed and he has also never on
My experience has been okay at best. I haven’t been able to get ahold of my agent when needed and he has also never once checked in with me other than automated emails. Recently I removed my escrow from my mortgage and had an issue with my mortgage company needing a copy of my home insurance. I tried to contact my agent but again could not get through to him. I ended up having a different agent from a different Allstate location having to thankfully help me out.
