When we first went to Brad for insurance, we would work directly with him. It felt very personal and like we were important to him and his agency. Now when we try to communicate with him, he never answers the phone and if we email him, he forwards to someone else in the office saying something like “please review” and we never hear back from him directly. The personal service is just gone unfortunately. We’ve been considering trying another agent but have been too busy to price them out so far.

I've been a customer for quite a few years and have to say I'm extremely disappointed in the handling of my recent claim. I was ***% not at fault with the accident and this entire situation has been a mental and emotional nightmare I was told 3 weeks for repairs and given an estimate of around $**** for repairs. The other party's insurance said they may cover my rental IF they accept liability (but have still not received the police report) and as long as it's not for an excessive amount of time. After 3 weeks I got a call thinking my car was ready but it was to tell me that the inspection was just completed and now my vehicle is deemed a total loss. I was heartbroken, I LOVE my car! I submitted some invoices from recent work done. and got the car value up so that it was "repairable" status again. SO RELIEVED!! I give the go to Abra to start repairs and then...next day I get a call saying they found more damage so estimate is up again, back to "total loss". I call the other insurance to ask about the rental and am told it's not their fault Allstate took so long to do the inspection so now I might have to pay hundreds of dollars for that. I don't feel helped or protected.
