Ashley Free serves as the Office Manager and Customer Service Team Leader at Brian Free’s Allstate Agency, working alongside her husband, Brian, to help every customer receive personalized attention, clear guidance, and exceptional service.
Ashley holds a B.S. in Nursing and a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Insurance. She has also completed advanced certification programs in Property & Casualty Insurance, Commercial Insurance, and Risk Management. Committed to professional growth, Ashley takes education seriously and is continually enrolled in online courses and certificate programs focused on property and casualty (P&C) insurance and risk management.
In her role, Ashley oversees daily office operations, manages customer communications, and leads the customer service team to deliver a smooth, professional, and friendly experience for every visitor and call. She helps each customer review their coverage and feel confident in their insurance decisions.
As a lifelong North Louisiana resident and devoted wife and mother of five, Ashley brings her family values and community focus into every interaction. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, supporting local schools and events, and being an active part of the Stonewall community.
