I’m very happy with Allstate, and with my local agency, Brian Malloy. I don’t remember everyone by name but will recommend to you the exceptional service that I receive from Tyson Pitts, Aaron Ploshnik, and Zach Malloy. Indeed, Mr. Malloy’s professional, thorough, helpful, and courteous demeanor with my mother and me is what originally drove me to Allstate so many years ago.

Even though I often receive offers from other companies to take a look, receive lower rates, I can’t imagine changing companies. I mean - insurance only becomes necessary and truly meaningful in a moment of personal crisis. I pray that I never have such a need again, but if I do it is these fine gentlemen on whom I would be relieved to call in such an emergency. I know that they will do their level best to help me. And, that’s all that one can ask for, isn’t it?

I should say that the Malloy team is powered by more than the three individuals I’ve mentioned by name. They too are very important to the whole- making sure all contacts and the office in general run smoothly, pleasantly, and with efficiency … all without losing that personal touch.
