Hi Michael, We’re really sorry to hear you feel this way, that’s never the experience we want for our clients.
We did recently connect with you and completed a policy review, where we were able to secure a small rate reduction and go over additional options to help with pricing. At that time, those options were declined. That said, we understand how frustrating rate increases have been, they’re happening across the entire industry right now, not just with one company.
As far as communication, we take that seriously. If you’ve reached out and feel you haven’t received a response, we want to fix that immediately. Please contact our office directly so we can personally review everything again and make sure nothing was missed.
