I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and communication I have received regarding my policy.

The lack of responsiveness from our assigned representative has been unacceptable. Phone calls have gone unanswered, and return calls have either been significantly delayed or never made at all. In addition, email communication has been inconsistent or completely absent, leaving us without the information and support we need.

At this point, it feels as though the responsibilities tied to managing our policy are not being fulfilled. As a customer, I expect timely communication, follow-through, and a basic level of professionalism — none of which have been consistently demonstrated.

This experience has caused frustration and a lack of confidence in both the representative and the overall service.

Well, I called before the first of the year when I got a notice about my mortgage rate was increasing. I emailed. And called and never got a response. I called another number and spoke to a different agent. Try to figure out why my mortgage went up and why I was paying so much for car insurance. The agent, I spoke to lowered the car insurance on the phone and told me why my mortgage rate went up and was supposed to be adjusting some things and call me back before the first of the year and that never happened. I bundle car home and auto and still been paying through the roof. Things were put on my policy that I did not ask for and I did not approve. changes were made that I did not someone.
