I became an agency owner in 1999 because I wanted to help people in the community — and Georgetown was an easy choice. The culture, the close-knit neighborhoods, and the proximity to Austin made it the right place to plant roots. I've been here ever since.

I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a bachelor's degree in physics and mathematics, and in 2017 I completed my MBA from Washington State University. I've never stopped learning — in 2011 I earned my Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, one of the most rigorous credentials in the industry, and as a Personal Financial Representative I can help families and business owners with retirement planning and financial protection alongside their insurance needs.

My agency has earned Premier Service recognition from Allstate — but what I'm most proud of is simpler than an award: we pick up the phone. If you've ever had an agent who was impossible to reach, slow on COIs, or gone when you had a claim, that's the problem we exist to solve. We do what we say, when we say it.

I've been a member of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce since 2000, received the Ambassador of the Year award in 2002, and have served on its board of directors since 2018. I'm also a committee member with the Rotary Club of Georgetown. Growing this business community matters to me — not just professionally, but personally.

Outside the office, I stay active. I bike the San Gabriel Trail, hike Cedar Breaks Park at Lake Georgetown, kayak, play basketball, and hit the gym. My wife, son, and daughter keep the rest of my time well accounted for. And yes — Gig 'em Aggies.

I grew up in the small East Texas town of Nacogdoches. I attended Stephen F. Austin State University and then Texas A&M University. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Physics with a minor in Mathematics. I have always loved math and science, and I have always wanted to own my own business. When I was in college, I worked for a couple of different Agencies, and upon graduation, I acquired my own Agency. I moved to Georgetown in 1999, married my wife Keli in 2009, and we welcomed our son to the world in 2016!

I was designated as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) in 2011. I love insurance and have been doing it my entire working life. I love the people and helping families achieve their goals and helping them protect what matters to them most. In my limited free time, I enjoy walking taking the doggies on family walks, biking or the gym, and traveling.
