Florida home office: I’ve reached out to the office multiple times for assistance with home insurance. They keep saying they will call me back and never due. When I call back, it takes multiple attempts on different days to get a hold of someone to have them say they don’t know and have to callback when someone else is in the office to check on the status of my request. My request was initiated in August and I’m still waiting to hear if my request for home insurance has been approved.
