I’ve been an Allstate agent since 2003, and my extensive experience positions me to be a trusted Allstate representative for your insurance needs. With a large office of fun, energetic and caring agents, two of whom are fluent in Spanish, customers will receive dedicated service. The onboarding was good. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Then I have my second claim in 40 years due to hail and I find out you will only replace the siding that is broken and not even care if it looks good. When I got my policy, I asked am I missing any coverage or anything I should know about my coverage. I was told no, I have the best policy you have. Now I find out I am not really covered. What good is your insurance if you do not cover an acceptable claim. I had simpy said fix that one side so it is the same siding. Just like in your commericals, I was not covered from mayhem. :(
