The only reason I knew he would be taking my policies was office manager and David both reached out to let me know he (David) was retiring and turning his agency over to another.
I feel like Caleb could’ve sent out at least some blanket email.

I don’t even know who that is, and I’m still very frustrated that you guys upped my homeowners insurance by close to 50% last year. I just keep you for convenience sake. But if my rates go up again, I’ll be looking elsewhere.
