I assume now that your quote for insurance for me and my family was low because you eliminted everything but the absolute essentials, like liability insurance, for example. But it never occured to me that just to cut premiums that you would eliminate coverage for certain things, like towing. And I was foolish enough to trust your agency to protect me with the same coverage I had before I came to you. I guess it never occured to you or you staff to bother to inquire if the coverages were adequate for my wishes and needs. . . just take your fee from the premium paid and not have to spend/waste any time getting to know me or my needs. Lesson learned. I'll certainly not do it again.
