London is such a great community, and in the years I’ve been an Allstate agent here, I’ve enjoyed getting to meet so many folks from around here. I live about 35 minutes away in Somerset with my wife, April, and our daughters, Lilly, Amiah, Kylee, and Ellie. Generations of my family have lived in this area, so I care about helping the London community and the surrounding area thrive.
For fun, I love spending time with my family and take trips around our beautiful state.
Those who have met me know I live by one motto: Be true to yourself and honest to everyone else. When I graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in biology, I never anticipated the twists and turns my professional life would take. For many years, I worked as an independent contractor, building more than 400 houses. But in 2010, I realized insurance was my calling. I became an Allstate agent that year, opening my agency in London in 2011.
Customer service is very important to me. The agency has staff available to answer the phones to avoid having customer calls roll over to voicemail during business hours, and my team and I handle face-to-face visits with care. And customers notice because they rate us highest in customer service. Stop by and see us! It is so easy to go online and get things done but forget that easy does not mean it is correct. We have seen several disasters in which did not favor the customer and just because they did it with on online process cost them a lot and wished they never did that choice.
