I was a long time client of an agent that retired, when Horta took over that agency he closed the office which was local

I was a long time client of an agent that retired, when Horta took over that agency he closed the office which was locally located and convent to conduct business. I really feel betrayed that the office was closed. I have wanted to change to a closer agent and found that although I would be doing business with a different agency, the Horta agency would continue to be the agent of record and receive the commission from my policies. His office is not convenient for the who came from the Burlington office.
