When it was time to be covered, Allstate's first course of action was to deny or diminish the claim. I was in process of moving several vehicles and business coverage over just before the poor outcome and performance was realized. Now the agency was very pleasant and that was the reason I was going to move my other assets over. I'm not sure how much the agency actually knows about the poor customer outcomes from Allstate over all. Now that all the documentation is complete and settled, however, your agency in association with Allstate, will be imminently fired.
