Having to deal with the robotic questions and answers whenever I have called has soured me on trying to communicate at all. Is there a reason why a real person can't answer the phone? Certainly it must be "easier" not to answer your phone whenever it rings, but the effect on the caller for having to deal with yet another AI q&a session is most certainly a negative one and not likely to build any confidence in your firm.
