The Puget Sound region has been home my entire life. I was born in Seattle and went to Western Washington University in Bellingham. The agency is located in downtown Mill Creek. We are right next to the Mill Creek post office - very easy to find. This location is conveniently located just off I-405 or I-5 for both King and Snohomish counties. I am proud to be a business owner in this community and to sponsor the North Shore Little League. I am also active in Boy Scouts of America with the Mt. Baker Council Troup 148. I routinely serve on the Scout Board of Reviews as the boys advance through their ranks.


Mill Creek & Bothell area is a wonderful place to live because it is the perfect mix between rural and city living. We are just a short drive away from a Mariners or Seahawks game, Pike Place Market, the beautiful boardwalk and restaurants at Edmonds Waterfront or the wineries on the east side of Lake Washington. My wife of over 28 years and I cannot imagine raising our family anywhere else. We have two children, a son in High School who is working towards becoming an Eagle Scout, and a daughter, currently attending the University of Washington studying to be a teacher. We love the outdoors especially boating on Lake Washington or Lake Chelan and hiking. I have enjoyed hiking since I was a young kid with my Dad. I have hiked to the tops of Mount Adams and Mount St. Helens plus a good part of the Rainier National Park.


I remember the turning point when I realized that helping families with insurance was the perfect fit for me. After hearing many of my friends and colleagues complain about their insurance; I knew I could help them. During the job interview; I was asked about my insurance coverage and premiums. I was proud of my insurance for my home and car, but my life insurance was from my employer. When asked what was most important to me, of course, I quickly responded that it was my family. His reply changed my life. He asked why would he hire someone who pays to insure things but nothing to insure what was most important to them? Right then and there, I realized that I was like most people and didn’t fully understand the importance of life insurance. I would not that mistake twice! So I became determined to help people choose the right coverage to protect what is most important to them. I have been doing so now for over 20 years. I take pride in living by the “Golden Rule” and working with customers as if they were close friends. No one wants to be sold or pressured into decisions and that has served me well.
