You’re absolutely right… being proactive about opportunities to save is important, and that’s something we’re continuing to improve on as an agency.

I’m glad we were able to review your policy together and clarify the billing details, including your updated 6-month premium and payment options. As we discussed, your renewal did come in slightly lower, and currently the only major adjustments available would involve changes like deductible increases, which we completely understand may not be the right fit for you.

That said, we’ll absolutely keep an eye out for any future opportunities, including new products, discounts, or changes that could benefit you—and we’ll make sure to reach out when they become available.
