We are a family owned business with multiple generations associated with Allstate. My father joined Allstate Insurance in 1960 in Chicago, Illinois. Our family has run our local agencies in Stockton since 1985. My children work with me across multiple agencies in California and we are proud to be raising our grandchildren in the area while taking care of neighbors insurance needs.
I’m also proud that my family has had the chance to grow with a financially sound and stable company like Allstate. They’ve been helping families protect their assets for over 80 years. Mark was beyond phenomenal! He should be the actual poster child for the entire company. His knowledge, patience, sincerity, professionalism, relatability, punctuality, genuine respect and pride he holds for the company, and so many other characteristics and skills exhibited are absolutely exemplary! I cannot fully explain how he unknowingly contributed a bit of positivity into each day that we were in contact. He even remembered to ask how my job hunting was going and followed up on my son’s football game which meant so much to me. My first job was at Nordstrom. The world’s standard for customer service, unique,intentional and of its truest form. Allstate is include in this elite platform. One that focuses / invests in long term Customer relationships that secure generational loyalty trust and growth. It’s evident that he was raised well and loved even more. I hope that his efforts are recognized and that he is blessed just as he has been a blessing to my mother and I. I must also give a shout out Alex, who seamlessly connected with me when Mark went home ill one day. Thank you for caring about us and treating us like people and not just a customer ID number.
