Jessica takes pride in being both the first and last point of contact for customers, allowing their questions to be answered and their concerns fully resolved. She enjoys creating a smooth, efficient experience and being someone customers can rely on from start to finish.

She’s also an avid reader—if left alone with a good book, she can finish it in a day and often start another right after.
