I have lived in central Kentucky for most of my life but have lived in Georgetown since 2011. Georgetown is a wonderful place to live. It has a small-town feel and people are neighborly. People will wave to you with a smile, open doors for those behind them and show other acts of kindness that I find special to small-town communities. While I do enjoy that, I like that Georgetown is close to Lexington and Cincinnati if you want to engage in big-city life. I began working in the insurance industry in 2015 and I opened the doors to my first agency that same year.



Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with nature. When I can get a pole in the water, I like to fish the Elkhorn River and some of my favorite lakes – Yatesville, Cave Run and Cumberland. I also enjoy hiking at Red River Gorge.



It is important to be involved in your community. I am involved in and volunteer at Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Stamping Ground, AMEN House and The Gathering Place Mission. With AMEN House I help organize donated foods, and my wife and I organize serving groups and prepare food for The Gathering Place Mission.
