Our interaction with Allstate, thus far, has ben limited to 1. Our agent's initial visit when we purchased our automobile insurance policy, and 2. A request we submitted for proof of insurance for our automobile loan provider.

We have two automobiles registered in Florida - a difficult state for automobile insurance. Our agent, Dan Robinson, provided clear, unambiguous answers to all of our questions and sold us a policy for both cars. Some months later, when our lender demanded proof of insurance, Dan immediately provided not only the documentation we requested, but also submitted it directly to our lender - a welcome service that we hadn't even requested.
