From an early age, I’ve always had a passion for helping people. That passion led me to open my agency here in Tavares, Florida in 2013. Providing outstanding customer service in a community I love, while helping friends and neighbors learn how to choose the right coverage, is very rewarding.

Giving back to this community is important to me. I'm an active volunteer at Pinecrest Academy Tavares where my twin boys are 7th grade students, and I’m also a member of the Tavares Chamber of Commerce.

Being a resident of the community since 2007, I know and love life here. When I’m not servicing the community as an Allstate agent, you can find me snorkeling, fishing in the ocean, or cooking for my family and friends.

Hi Roy, unfortunately claims can take longer to process after a major hurricane. Claims received your notice of claim on 10/9. When your claims adjuster called on 10/12 he was able to schedule an appointment on October 21. On 10/25, he attempted to email his completed estimate several times with no success, because of technical issues between Allstate's email system and your email system. If you had contacted my office, we could have found an alternative way to get the report to you that would have expedited delivery to you.
