But since we have moved here the manager of this office is not business is not what I want to work with. I dont understand this different policy. I just received the papers for renewal. I dont know for sure about renewal.

This is something we will be reviewing this year to make sure we are getting the best value. And as an agent you would think this is something you would want to have conversations with your clients about. A actual meeting or phone call.
