Christmas was on the 25th, I forgot about the payment and sent it on the 26th, one day after due date. I was charged a late fee and then I asked about it. I was told to contact after hours people, as I did so, they said it is Devin who needs to take it off not them because they even said it was not right. So I contacted Devin about it and Devin said she would look into it and still to this day I have not received my 30.00 extra I paid. Still waiting on my refund. I have never been charged a late fee from any auto insurance company except this one. I do not recommend this insurance to no one.
