I enjoyed the original experience while working directly with Dexter; however, after 6 months and a large increase in premiums with no explanation, I don't feel the one on one personal interaction with Mr. Raimey that I had when he brought me on board.
Although his staff was willing to help and attempted to explain to the best of their ability, the answer was just not sufficient.
I am tempted to go back to my previous insurance company. At least I had direct access to my agent.
