After Forty plus years of Allstate being my insurance provider, I trusted them to honor our contract. I did not receive

After Forty plus years of Allstate being my insurance provider, I trusted them to honor our contract. I did not receive full payment for a claim that I filled. I received no assistances from my agent during the process. On two occasions he stated he would contact me and give me feedback on my claim, he did not do so.
No adjuster visited the site to assess the damage. They relied solely on photos to assess the damage.
In my opinion this is total disrespect.
