I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and I began my career representing Allstate Insurance Company in 1988 working as a Financial Analyst in Allstate’s Denver Regional Office. This position helped me learn the details of auto, home, renters, boat, RV and Condo insurance. I became very good with understanding the coverage and details of the policies. In 1998, I opened my first Allstate Agency in Denver and was recognized as the new agent of the year. For the years that followed, we continued to grow Allstate’s customer base and win many awards at Allstate. We hired additional staff and served many customers along the way. About 5 years ago, we were at a high point in Colorado with 5 Agencies, 19 staff members and tops in auto insurance, home insurance, boat insurance, landlord insurance, motorcycle insurance, property and casualty insurance, life and financial Services. It was at this point that my wife and I fell in love with the San Diego, California area and decided to move and serve the San Diego Community. We now live in San Diego, near Mission Bay.

Today, my son Antonio Pacheco is in charge and runs the Colorado Insurance Agency and I run the San Diego Insurance office. In addition to myself, our agency locations are operated by 10 licensed insurance professionals who live in San Diego, Denver, Clairmont, El Cajon and surrounding communities including Lemon Grove, La Jolla, Chula Vista, Santee, Lakeside, Pacific Beach, Point Loma and National City.

I had no idea my CC was giving you issues because the emails look exactly the same when there is no issue with the account to when there is a problem. I logged in just a few weeks ago and saw no issues with the account. I think there should be a red ribbon at the top asking for updated payment info or in the emails because to me, everything looked fine. Also it says I have ben removed from monthly payment schedule but it does not tell me how to pay the full balance.
