I don't know what training the inspector you sent has but much of what he has determined to be unacceptable has not been explained and no help has been offered or provided with remediation. I'm trying to sort it out on my own so my policy doesn't get canceled. It would be nice to have some sort of documentation that clearly states what the problems are and what should be done about them.
