I’ve been a customer of Allstate since I was 18. I’m 46 now. There’s times I look for other prices from other car insurance companies and some would be cheaper but they don’t vibe as well with me. I use my car for work so I depend on good car insurance. Erica my rep has always been pleasant on the phone prompt with email responses. She assited me a great deal with making sure my condo insurance was sent to my mortgage company for accuracy. Yes not only do I use Allstate for car insurance I also have condo insurance. As much as I would prefer cheaper prices I’m ample satisfied with Allstate
