Frankly I don't see the need for the agency. I get my renewal docs, call to see if that is the best deal, often receiving what I feel is a dismissive reply. I contacted an Allstate agency closer to me looking for some personal contact but was told agency change had to be approved by the existing agent. When we had a major damage two years ago we dealt direct with Allstate, the agency was no help at all. It seems you take a fee for for passing paperwork, not needed at all.Personal contact has largely been eliminated and i think your agency is out of touch with thr business model.agenclikothers is dinosaur like.paperw

We do remember the concerns you shared during your claim in 2024, and we escalated those concerns to the claims team at the time in an effort to assist. While claim investigations, decisions, and payments are handled directly through Allstate’s corporate claims department, our agency does work hard to provide hands-on support by helping answer questions, reviewing coverage, advocating when concerns arise, and guiding clients through the process as best we can.

We understand the insurance industry has changed significantly over the years, however, our goal has always been to provide responsive, personal service and to be a resource for our clients when they need us.

We genuinely appreciate your feedback, and we will certainly take your comments into consideration moving forward.
