Rates went up with no warning which I think you should have notified your customers. Living on a fixed income, I do not appreciate the rate hike. If I could afford to switch I would. Also it would be nice to have a REAL human answer the phone when you call the office instead you get an automated voice with 10 options to pick from. And you pray you pick the right one.
