My local Allstate agent always provides top notch customer service...I've been with Allstate for roughly 37 years through out all the years and places I've lived.....and I have yet to put in a claim where that is the true test of how good the company & the agent is, so I can't comment on that but my agent takes care of my usual yearly needs flawlessly. The company itself, you'd think they would send me a free toaster oven or something in the mail for the 10's of thousands of dollars I've paid over the years and no claims. It's actually pretty aggravating.

We understand your feelings about not receiving a token of appreciation for your loyalty and no claims. I do really appreciate your 37 years of loyalty to Allstate. Unfortunately, in order to keep premiums as low as possible for all our customers, Allstate doesn't send out toaster ovens or other items, as the cost of those would just have to be put into the overall premiums. Thanks again for your business!
