Good news is since our claim was denied we will send photos of two senior citizens climbing on a roof to try and repair what an atmospheric storm does to a roof. Thanks for all your help, not!!!!!

Why would you keep sending emails and snail mail to me if it doesn't apply!! You must have someone in the company who can adjust this algorithm!
