When I switched insurance through your agency, I thought I did the right thing, but I was a little disappointed when, six months later, I received a letter with the new policy and found it strange that my insurance had been readjusted by almost 20%, considering I hadn't used it or had any incidents that would justify such an increase. So, although I still think I did the right thing in getting insurance through you, I confess that I was truly disappointed by this event.
