Terrible, the worst customer help I have ever experienced. Right after my previous agent retired, my policy was moved ov
Terrible, the worst customer help I have ever experienced. Right after my previous agent retired, my policy was moved over to Kasey Osmond’s office and it went downhill quickly. Bought a newer vehicle and they couldn’t figure out what my new monthly payment would be, then the policy was cancelled by someone there. I called and was informed it was someone else at the corporate office that cancelled it. Got it reinstated and asked again about monthly payments. They still didn’t know and then told me nothing was due. Two weeks later I get a bill for two months worth of payments and told me this has been due for 6 weeks.
They are directly why I cancelled my policy. Definitely not in good hands!

Tom, I’m sorry for the frustration and confusion surrounding the billing and policy changes. After reviewing the history personally, I can see there were communication breakdowns during the reinstatement and billing process that created a frustrating experience.

While some of the policy activity was handled through Allstate’s after-hours service center and not directly through our office, we still should have communicated the billing details more clearly.

I appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to improve.
