We have been with this agency 25+ years. I had all three of our policies on autopay, but one the credit card associated with one of the policies was hacked so it got changed and a payment was rejected. I called the office and asked that they just put all the policies on the same payment; they said they couldn’t do that - I had to tell them the account which I provided over the phone. Either I gave a wrong digit or the person who took the info wrote it down wrong, who knows, but the payment bounced back. Then I was told I cannot use autopay because I’ve had two rejected payments. Seriously. Like I’m a child being punished for not cleaning my room. I was told that’s just Allstate’s policy. Wow.
Also our rates went up like 40% in one year, no explanation or warning.
Not really feeling like we are valued long-time customers.

I mistakenly took out an auto policy that already had 6 months left on Safeco auto policy. Called Belle, within a few days she transfers my money back.
