I have been with Allstate for over 10 years never filed a claim. When your customer file a claim it should be explained
I have been with Allstate for over 10 years never filed a claim. When your customer file a claim it should be explained the pros and cons of a claim, not after one has been made. I was already upset I had to do this. Lesson learns.
