I recently had a very simple question and I called your local office number. Instead of reaching your local office I was connected with a person whom English was not their primary language. I struggled to communicate with them. After several minutes and several times being put on hold I finally got my answer. I just needed to verify your mailing address !! If I could have just talked to my local agent like I did in the past I wouldn't have hung up very frustrated. I've always had excellent service through my local office but I now hesitate to place another call . Very frustrated !!
