Often items involving multiple cars is confusing and does not come with a rule book. Still trying to figure why droppi
Often items involving multiple cars is confusing and does not come with a rule book. Still trying to figure why dropping a vehicle can increase the price. Also, car titling seems confusing. Drivewise on website works for a period of time and then stops working for a while. Posting of a claim over a couple years ago is still showing on the website. Miss the days where new ID insurance cards showing insurability would come by mail. Would even appreciate if an email is sent when new ones are available.

Regarding mailing of the ID Cards - happy to get them in the mail. Your auto policy receives a discount for setting up electronic policy which delivers the insurance information via email instead of hard copy - but we can make that change if desired.
