No good. I did not receive my home owner’s policy until after I called on June 16th. Everything was straight on the
No good. I did not receive my home owner’s policy until after I called on June 16th. Everything was straight on the car policy, I received the policy in the mail and was warned about the payment being taken out on the 9th of June, both with a text and an email. But the home owners policy I heard nothing about it. I had put it on the credit card last year and no extra charge was made for doing that the year before, so I assumed it would be done the same. When I called on the 16, I spoke to Chance, whom I would never refer anyone to. He did not explain the extra charge, he said it would not make any difference. He does not speak the truth about any parts of the policy. Then I spoke to his supervisor who was nice enough, but he never got back to me on how they could take off the charges. I then had the money in the checking account for him to withdraw, but you have such a computerized system that you were not willing to hear what really happened and save a customer. All winter, the drive safe and save app would not allow us in there. There is a country road that is not I. Your system and the speed limit on that road is: 55. We did not speed, and it said we were speedingt
